Space is limited.  Receipt of this application by RPM Presents ensures that you are being considered for a space at the festival, but it does not constitute a contractual agreement or acceptance. All equipment and products including hitches must fit completely within the requested or allotted booth space. In order to increase the quality of the event we will not permit the use of a generator unless approved by RPM Presents but we will be able to accommodate your electricity needs with a direct connection (you will need an extension cord of atleast 100' in length).
Please state how many amps will be needed. Additional electricity more so than average might be an additional fee.
Please note the following percentages of gross sales that will be used according to space: 10'x'10 20' 30' Larger Tent area: 20' x 10'

Applicant agrees that all information provided in this application and submitted to the RPM Presents is true and that you have reviewed the event information sent to you. By submitting this application, you are hereby requesting a location/spot at the upcoming RPM Presents summer series and if accepted as a food truck or vendor for the event to take place on June 17th, June 18th, July 1st, July 2nd, July 3rd & 4th, 2017. A contract outlining the terms/conditions, the amount due, and a list of other required documents will be sent with pertinent event information.
