Getting to The HRBR Project
Pier 11 Manhattan:
Starting at 1:30pm on Sunday 7/2, and 3:30pm on Tuesday 7/4 throughout the duration of the event, complimentary boats will be leaving taking customers back and forth from the island. More info & directions .
On Monday 7/3, all customers will depart from the Battery Maritime Building at 10 South Street
1:00PM, 2:00PM, 3:00PM (doors open), 3:45PM, 4:15PM, 5:30PM, 6:15PM, 7:00PM, 8:15PM, 9:30PM (LAST FERRY TO ISLAND)
Public Ferry Options
Get to the Island early and enjoy everything it has to offer before doors open to The HRBR Project at 4pm. More info
Battery Maritime Building: 10 South Street. From 10am until 5:30pm, you can opt to take the public ferry for just $2 (it's free until 11:30am).
Pier 6 Brooklyn: From 11am until 5:30pm, you can opt to take the public ferry for just $2 (it's free until 11:30am).
Island Rules and Regulations
Please abide by the following rules and regulations on your visit to Governors Island:
- Event Dates & Hours
July 2: 2:00pm - Midnight
July 3: 3:00pm - Midnight
July 4: 4:00pm - Midnight
- Box Office Location & Hours
There are two main box offices, each located at the entrance of venue.
The box offices will be open each day of the festival for will-call pick up and ticket purchases (if still available) from door time until 10pm

- Re-Entry Policy
There is no re-entry for ticket holders on the HRBR project grounds. Guests are allowed to explore Governors Island prior to entering the HRBR Project venue space.
- Rain or Shine
The event is a rain or shine event. In the event of rain, we advise ponchos, boots, umbrellas, and rubber duckies. In the event of sunshine, we advise sunglasses, sunscreen, water, and pink flamingos.

- Small backpacks or bags
- Valid Driver’s License, State ID or Passport for will-call and/or to drink alcohol
- Comfortable shoes

- Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles

- Chains/Chain Wallets
- Large backpacks
- Selfie Sticks
- Laser pointers
- Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
- Outside Beverages
- Audio/video recording equipment
- Drones or hover cameras
- No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
- Vaporizers of any kind (vape pens, etc)

Delicious food & drink is something we pride ourselves in. We're excited to offer some of the best bites for you throughout the day!
21+ ID required for purchase of alcohol.
- Free Water Station
We will have a water station on the site grounds for you to use at your convenience and satiate your thirst. It is EXTREMELY important that you stay hydrated at the event, regardless of how much New York City wants to turn up the heat on us!
- Safety & Medical
We care about you more than you know. As such, medical tents will be located throughout the event grounds, and they will be clearly marked and able to be seen from afar. Trained EMTs will be on-hand in these tents to address any and all medical incidents.
Additionally, if you see anyone at the event who appears to be in need of medical assistance, please inform a member of our medical or security team, or even help him/her find their way to the medical tent(s). We are all in this together, so please look out for one another!
Personal lockers will be available so you can free up your hands and avoid losing any personal items during the fest. Each locker comes with a built in cell phone charger.
